The Wentworth Gardens Redevelopment is one of the largest renovation projects in Chicago Housing Authority history. Working closely with CHA development staff and community residents, SMNG-A prepared a phased master plan for re-development that led to the complete renovation 344 units existing dwelling units, new tenant parking areas, convenient to dwelling entrances and new landscape plantings over the entire project site.
The renovated field house, community building and the re-configured athletic field provide a focal point for activities at the large residential properties.
